Does your Worcester have no pressure? Worcester No Pressure Worcester no pressure is one of the most common problems customers experience in this boiler brand and type. Typically, your Worcester boiler will show the error code F22. Check your manual, and it should say something like “dry fire, insufficient water”. This means that the water pressure in your boiler is low. Another easy way to find out if you have a Worcester no pressure or low pressure is to check the pressure gauge. Modern boilers typically have the pressure gauge located in front of the boiler. You will see two needles: the red one will indicate where the boiler pressure should be while the black one will tell you where it currently is. Sufficient boiler pressure is usually at the one bar. What to do Here is an easy and simple fix for most boiler models with an external filling loop: Open the small tap approximately a quarter turn, until you see the display on the unit hit the 1.5 bar. Close the tap when you’re done. You might need to do a reset on your boiler. Vaillant EcoTEC Plus models will have a different fix, because they use a built-in filling loop instead of an external one. Here, look below the boiler and find two grey levers. The levers should say “Closed” written on them. Both should be in the quarter to three position, like in a clock. Open both levers to a quarter turn, covering the word ‘closed’, and placing the levers in the 12:30 position.
