Who are qualified to get this offer?

The following will need a single proof of entitlement:

  • State Pension Credit
  • Child Tax Credit

The following will need dual proof of entitlement:

  • Working Tax Credit
  • Income Related and Support Allowance
  • Income Based Job Seekers Allowance
  • Income Support

If you claim any of the four benefits listed under “dual proof of entitlement”, you must provide a second proof of benefit. Any of the following documentation will suffice:

  • Has parental responsibility for a child under 16 years old who is living in the property
  • Has parental responsibility for a child who is 16 years old or older but under 20 years old and is enrolled in school, except higher education
  • Pension Premium, Higher Pension Premium, or Enhanced Pension Premium
  • Receipt of Child Tax Credit that includes disability or severe disability
  • Disability Premium, Enhanced Disability Premium or Severe Disability Premium
  • Disabled Child Premium
  • Is 16 years old or above

A copy of the relevant benefit book, benefit statement, birth certificate or passport must be submitted along with any of the entitlements above.
