You can tell when the pressure gauge (see image) is generally above 2 or 2.5 bars on a gauge that looks something like the image here.

Check your owner’s manual for the right amount to check if it is your boiler pressure too high.

If you have bleed your radiators and the pressure keeps going up there are a few things that could be going on

First, have you recently refilled the system and possibly left the valve on even the slightest bit?

if all is okay there than it is likely that your expansion vessel may need re-pressurising or your boiler may have a split in the plate heat exchanger.
